These terms apply to purchases made on bmr888apparelstore.com, operated by BMR888 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where stock is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, and will refund any payment taken.

Prices and currency

Prices are set in US dollars and displayed in your selected currency using daily exchange rates. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include applicable Philippine taxes but not import duties for international orders.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Promotion codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Training equipment must be used as instructed and within its rated load.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Consumers in other countries keep any protections their local law provides.
