Bulky items within the Philippines take 5–10 business days and are delivered by a two-person team where needed.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it is dispatched. You can also check status any time on the Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.
Missed deliveries
Carriers attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping fee may apply.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the item before you unpack further and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it in full.
