This policy explains what personal data we collect on bmr888apparelstore.com, why, and what you can do about it.

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address, and what you bought. Needed to fulfil your order and handle returns.
• Account details: name, email, and a hashed password if you create an account.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment reference and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and by analytics only if you accept cookies.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used. We send marketing email only if you subscribe, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Carriers (to deliver), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting), and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Meta. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your bag, currency, and sign-in working. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice any time from the footer.

Retention

Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are kept for two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email support@bmr888apparelstore.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of the page.
